POLICIES ON PRIVACY, REFUNDS, AND CANCELATIONS


PRIVACY

   All records of our business are confidential and will not be shared with anyone without written permission from the client.

REFUNDS

    Full payment is due within four days of the completion of each project, unless otherwise specified in the contract.  If a contract is canceled prior to completion of services, then a full refund will be provided, including applicable deposits.  Services are considered complete when a finished translation has been delivered to a client or after a tutoring/interpretation session has been provided.

delivered to a client or after a tutoring/interpretation session has been provided.  

CANCELATIONS

     You have the right to cancel or terminate further services any time. All we ask is that you provide us with a reasonable justification.  Upon cancelation, clients and TOM'S TUTORING, TRANSLATION, AND INTERPRETATION are released of any contractual obligations, and any existing contracts are considered null and avoid.  Written verification of cancelation will be provided to clients.

2.  Cancellations

     Cancellation can be done orally or in writing, but a reason must be provided to the translator.  In the unfortunate event that our services do not meet your expectations, you have the right to cancel further services any time before the due date.  Upon cancellation, clients and tutors are released of any contractual obligations, and any existing contracta are considered null and avoid.  Written verification of cancellation will be provided to clients
