PAYMENTS AND FEES

Policies on refunds and cancelations are explained in the Privacy, Refunds, Cancelations sections.  A separate section of this web site is dedicated to our cardholder policy.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Full payment as agreed upon in verbal or written contracts with Tom's Tutoring, Translation, And Interpretation is due within four days of:  

1.  The date a finished translation is delivered to a client

2.  The date a tutoring or interpretation session was provided

TUTORING AND INTERPRETATION FEES:  The fixed fee is the affordable price of $35 per hour.  This fee is applied per person.

TRANSLATION FEES:  Translation services are provided at the low cost of $25 per hour spent on the project.  The number of pages translated per day depends on language complexity and formating requirements.  However, the average rate of translation is a maximum of eight pages per day.  So, clients may expect a 40 page document to take approximately five days to translate, format, and proofread.  Exceptions to these general guidelines will be discussed prior to payment.

PERSONAL CHECK POLICY:  All checks shall be made payable to Tom Truitt.  Any issues with checks will be resolved in a confidential and respectful manner.
